Our AZAV-certified programs run independent of location, by video , nationwide, flexibly, and with the same 1:1 coaching as on site.
Does AVGS Coaching Really Work Online?
Yes. The programs “Businessweg” (start-up coaching, Z-000482-2) and “JobWeg” (Z-001366-3) are AZAV-certified as digital programs and listed in the KURSNET of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit). They are delivered by the AZAV-certified sister company UW Unternehmensweg GmbH. For you, that means funded coaching from anywhere in Germany.
How Online Coaching Works
We meet at fixed appointments by video call, work together on the business plan, financial plan, and funding strategy, and share all documents digitally. Content and scope correspond to the AVGS start-up coaching , just independent of location.
Do you live in a particular city? Through the AVGS coaching overview you can reach our regional pages with the local Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) and Jobcenter.
Frequently Asked Questions About Online Coaching
Can I do AVGS coaching online?
Yes. Our AZAV-certified programs “Businessweg” (start-up coaching) and “JobWeg” are certified as digital programs and are delivered online nationwide. All you need is a computer with a camera and a stable internet connection.
Is online coaching equivalent to in-person coaching?
Yes. It is the same 1:1 coaching with the same content and the same number of teaching units (UE). The only difference is the format: by video call instead of in the office. We share documents and work in progress digitally.
Does the AVGS work nationwide?
Yes. Because we work online, where you live does not matter, and you can take part from anywhere in Germany. For many cities, we also have dedicated pages with the local Employment Agency and Jobcenter.
Is online coaching recognized by the Employment Agency?
Yes. The programs are listed in the KURSNET of the Federal Employment Agency as digital programs and are AZAV-certified. This secures funding through the AVGS for the online format as well.
