When do I need to apply for the AVGS?
Apply for the funding before the coaching begins. Do not start until you have the written approval of your participation. Coaching that has already begun is not funded retroactively through this application.
Which documents do I need?
A short description of your start-up plans and your counseling needs is helpful, as are details about the coaching and provider you want. The cover letter brings this information together. Your placement specialist may request further documents.
How long does approval take?
There is no reliable general timeframe for this. The processing time depends on your office and on any information still needed. Ask your placement specialist about the status and submit any requested documents.
Do I have to book an initial consultation first?
You can prepare your cover letter right here. If you have questions about your plans or the details, we will support you in the free initial consultation.
Do I need an email address or phone number?
You need neither for the direct download. An email address is required if you want the application sent to you. You only provide your phone number if you want a callback.
Is my application sent to the authority automatically?
No. You review your cover letter and submit it yourself. Our email contains the application as the only attachment and a separate link to the instructions. The instructions stay with you.
Is my information stored?
Your details are processed to create the preview and the downloads. A CRM contact is only created once you request and confirm the email service. We then store your contact details, the details of your planned business, and a copy of the application without the customer number, file number, or placement specialist for your request.
